There are so many versions of you... The one who keeps the peace. The one who wants to scream. The one who dreams out loud. The one who stays quiet. This workshop is an invitation to connect with those parts of you, and let them speak through color. Using watercolor as our expressive tool, we’ll move through an Internal Family Systems (IFS), inspired process to gently meet and map different inner parts of ourselves. Through fluid brushstrokes, blended colors, and intuitive marks, you’ll give form to what’s been living inside: your fear, your fire, your softness, your truth. We will pull forward what is longing to be seen and expressed! This isn’t about technique (but if you're new to watercolor I will go through the basics!) This workshop about letting your parts take up space on the page without editing, without apology. Come as you are. Make bad art.
