Maybe you’re moving through a big life change, asking yourself difficult questions, or feeling disconnected from your own wants and needs. Maybe you’ve simply been carrying too much for too long and need a day to pause.

This one-day retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and create space to listen to yourself again—to your feelings, your inner guidance, and the quiet wisdom that can be difficult to hear in everyday life.

Through restorative practices, creative exploration, reflection, and meaningful connection, each part of the day is designed to help you witness yourself exactly as you are and discover the magic that may have been hidden beneath the busyness. You’ll be held within a safe, supportive community of women, with no pressure to perform, have everything figured out, or arrive as anyone other than yourself.

Whether this is your first experience with me or you’ve joined one of my spaces before, you are deeply welcome here. Come exactly as you are. I would be honoured to guide you through the day.

What we'll experience together...

Throughout the day, I'll gently guide you through experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

Together we'll experience:

  • Guided therapeutic arts workshops

  • Restorative meditation

  • Reflective journaling and self-discovery

  • Meaningful conversations in a safe, supportive community

  • Quiet moments to simply rest and be

  • A nourishing catered lunch

  • Time away from the noise of everyday life

No artistic experience is needed! We are team "bad art" when it comes to therapeutic arts!  Every part of the day is created with beginners in mind. This day is about giving yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Retreat testimonials

“This retreat was extremely special to me. The care and instant connection you feel from those around you is incredible. I was incredibly nervous about the retreat, and literally booked two and a half weeks before it because of this. I was nervous about everything, travelling alone, meeting new people, sharing a room. Ahhh! I was definitely out of my comfort zone. But I knew that the people who were going would be great because of the community Stephanie has built. This retreat was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I had been longing for real support and connection in my life and finally found it in these incredible women. I feel so lucky to have left with so many new friends. I love this community!! I am so proud of myself for picking me and doing this despite my fears."

Retreat Feedback:

So. Many. Moments. It was all just so incredible. All of the workshops, the nights just talking with amazing women, holding space for each other and shouldering each others' burdens. The closing ceremony. Oh the closing ceremony. That was truly unforgettable. It was emotional and healing. I don't know if I've ever let out that many deep emotions in front of such a large group and just felt seen & validated.

Workshop feedback:

"My experience with the workshop was so magical and healing. Having no previous art experience, I was quite nervous about being able to create, but Stephanie's prompts to make it about play and not about creating a finished piece really gave me the permission I needed to explore."
