A one-day retreat for women longing to connect deeper with themselves.
Sunday, September 20, 2026 | Matthews Clubhouse Toronto
9:30am- 3pm (lunch provided)

I host women's retreats all over the world, and for the first time, I'm bringing that experience home to Toronto for a single day retreat!

Since 2021, I've had the privilege of witnessing women arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, standing at the edge of big life changes, or simply exhausted from carrying so much. And time after time, I've watched something magical happen when we give ourselves permission to pause.

These retreats have changed lives, including mine. There is something deeply transformative about taking time to pause, listen and to do so in a safe and supportive community.
This retreat is a one-day retreat for women who are in the middle of their becoming, and looking for time to connect to themselves through rest, creativity and community. This is for women navigating change, asking big questions, carrying invisible weight, or simply longing for a day to reconnect with themselves.

You just need to come exactly as you are. and’ Id be honored to guide you through the day.

What we'll experience together...

Throughout the day, I'll gently guide you through experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.
Together we'll experience:
-
Guided therapeutic arts workshops
-
Restorative meditation
-
Reflective journaling and self-discovery
-
Meaningful conversations in a safe, supportive community
-
Quiet moments to simply rest and be
-
A nourishing catered lunch
-
Time away from the noise of everyday life

No artistic experience is needed! We are team "bad art" when it comes to therapeutic arts! Every part of the day is created with beginners in mind. This day is about giving yourself permission to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
