A creativity + self-confidence boosting camp (virtually) for girls (ages 7-17) with therapeutic arts practitioner; Stephanie Chinn

Helping girls remember what the world too often teaches them to forget: they are already enough.

This virtual camp was created to meet her in that moment—with colorful art supplies, big feelings, and the reminder that she is already enough. Creative + Brave Girl Summer Camp is a playful, powerful space where girls ages 7–17 get to make bold art, express who they are, and grow the kind of confidence that doesn’t depend on perfection. Together, we’ll gently build self-confidence around body image, creative expression, and being brave enough to take up space.

Led by Stephanie Chinn—therapeutic arts practitioner, speaker, and best-selling author of Here Sister, Let Me Help You Up—this camp is a sacred invitation for girls to remember how worthy, creative, and lovable they already are.

And most importantly? We’ll make art and have FUN. This program is designed to teach confidence through joy, play, and self-expression—because when girls feel free to be themselves, everything changes.

🎨 A Note About the Art Prompts:

Every art activity in Creative + Girl Summer Camp is designed to meet girls right where they are - whether they’re 7 or 17, brand new to art or already full of creative fire. These are not school-style assignments. They’re open-ended prompts, playful invitations to explore color, expression, imagination, and self-worth in whatever way feels fun and true for them. Some girls might write a powerful message across their page, others might cover it in color and shapes—and all of it is perfect. There’s no right or wrong here. Just a big, joyful “yes” to self-expression.

💌 What She’ll Walk Away With:

  • A stronger sense of self-worth

  • Tools to handle self-doubt and perfectionism

  • Body-positive language and confidence

  • A collection of expressive, joyful artwork

  • New friendships and a reminder that she’s not alone

  • A deeper belief that she is enough—exactly as she is.

What we will explore each week:

Each week has a special theme designed to help your girl grow in creativity, confidence, and joy—while feeling safe, seen, and celebrated. Reminder: NO art skills required.

🌼 Week 1: July 15 & 17 – Welcome to Your Magic

Theme: You already have everything you need inside you.

Girls will leave feeling more connected, courageous, and excited to show up just as they are.

🎨 Week 2: July 22 & 24 – Make a Mess, Make It Yours

Theme: Why showing up + trying matters more than perfectionism.

This week builds trust in their own voice and teaches that creativity is about process, not performance.

Theme: You are a masterpiece, as you are!

Girls will walk away feeling proud of who they are inside and out.

💖 Week 4: August 5 & 7 – Shine Loud, Shine True

Therapeutic arts feedback:

"While I had done talk therapy before, I always found myself editing my words as I presented myself to another person, however, with your encouragement to create only for myself I have found a freedom I didn't know was even possible for me."

Therapeutic arts feedback:

"I don't say this lightly but GGMBA has been life changing for me, I am honestly more calm, joyful, and self-aware than I was before this course. I'm finding more parts of myself to love, and it's all thanks to the incredible Stephanie and the awe-inspiring spaces she creates."

Meet your instructor: Stephanie Chinn

Stephanie Chinn is the Indigo, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon best- selling author and illustrator of her debut book Here Sister, Let Me Help You Up: Messages of Sisterhood, Self-Care, and Body Love. She is a speaker, artist, and therapeutic arts practitioner whose work is centered around reminding women of their inherent worth in a world that often attempts to diminish it.

Stephanie is on a mission to create safe and healing spaces, for women, through the practice of art-making and will be guiding every live call.

"I have lived with the good girl narrative for my entire life. It has made me feel like I have to make sure the world know I am a good person, which in theory — feels harmless, but it made me shrink myself significantly more than I would have ever thought. It ramped up my perfectionism, anxiety and silenced the part of myself that just longed to explore this big beautiful life of mine. One thing I have learned through guiding women through this work the past 5 years, is so many of us hold ourselves back because we believe we have to be perfect to show up, to try. This has been built into us as young girls, and unraveling this will liberate you in ways you cannot yet see." - Stephanie
