A virtual 4 week therapeutic arts experience for women ready to connect deeper with their inner world and understand their emotions through art.

Welcome to a new form of self-expression.
This course is for transmuting overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and hope into creative energy and self-understanding.

We are all feeling so much right now, the world is loud, fast, and uncertain. Many of us, especially women, have learned to suppress, numb, stay strong, keep it all together and just keep doing all the things and being everything to everyone. But emotion isn’t meant to be held inside. It’s meant to move. And creativity is one of the most powerful, ancient ways emotion knows how to move. Creativity that isn't about perfectionism, or doing it "right", but about being honest and letting ourselves express those truths.

This will give you the tools, space, and safety to turn your emotional landscape into art, and in a way that is embodied, grounding, and liberating.

No artistic skill needed. Just willingness to show up, and try something new. I have guided thousands of women through my workshops, and I would be honored to be on this journey with you.

This course is for you if…

1. You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally heavy
and you’re craving a safe, gentle way to actually process what you’ve been carrying instead of holding it all inside.

2. You want to express yourself but don’t always know how
especially when the feelings feel tangled, “too much,” or hard to put into words, and you’re longing for a creative outlet that feels grounding instead of intimidating.

3. You’re tired of being strong, composed, or “fine” all the time
and you want a space where you can soften, be honest, and let your emotional self be seen and supported.

4. You’re craving connection...with yourself and with others
a circle of women who feel deeply too, and a practice that helps you understand your inner world with compassion, creativity, and truth.

No art experience needed. Just a willingness to show up, play, and let yourself be seen.
This course includes:
✨ Four live 90-minute group sessions (over zoom) with Stephanie Chinn, where we’ll gather, in a supportive space to explore therapeutic art, self-expression, and unlearning perfectionism, people-pleasing and keeping ourselves small in our one big glorious life.
✨ A private online community, where you can connect with like-hearted women, share your experiences, and build lasting friendships beyond the course.
✨ One month inside the Good Girls Making Bad Art membership, including five additional workshops and access to the full workshop library for the month — so your creative exploration can continue between sessions.

This course is an invitation to step into your creativity, your voice, and your power. 💛

GGMBA course feedback:
"While I had done talk therapy before, I always found myself editing my words as I presented myself to another person, however, with your encouragement to create only for myself I have found a freedom I didn't know was even possible for me."
— Evelyn M

GGMBA course feedback:
"I don't say this lightly but GGMBA has been life changing for me, I am honestly more calm, joyful, and self-aware than I was before this course. I'm finding more parts of myself to love, and it's all thanks to the incredible Stephanie and the awe-inspiring spaces she creates."

Meet your instructor: Stephanie Chinn
Stephanie Chinn is the Indigo, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon best- selling author and illustrator of her debut book Here Sister, Let Me Help You Up: Messages of Sisterhood, Self-Care, and Body Love. She is a speaker, artist, and therapeutic arts practitioner whose work is centered around reminding women of their inherent worth in a world that often attempts to diminish it.

Stephanie is on a mission to create safe and healing spaces, for women, through the practice of art-making and will be guiding every live call.

"I have lived with the good girl narrative for my entire life. It has made me feel like I have to make sure the world know I am a good person, which in theory — feels harmless, but it made me shrink myself significantly more than I would have ever thought. It ramped up my perfectionism, anxiety and silenced the part of myself that just longed to explore this big beautiful life of mine. One thing I have learned through guiding women through this work the past 5 years, is so many of us hold ourselves back because we believe we have to be perfect to show up, to try. This has been built into us as young girls, and unraveling this will liberate you in ways you cannot yet see." - Stephanie
