Does this sound like you...

You’ve spent your whole life being the “good girl.” The one who says yes, makes others comfortable, and does everything "just right." You deeply want to be seen as a good human. However, you have started to notice that this doesn't come without a price. There is a deep, sacred part of you that longs to be free—to create without self-judgment, to make a mess, to express yourself in ways that feel wild and true.

This 4-week virtual (over zoom) course is your invitation to step into that freedom. Through gentle, therapeutic art-making, self-reflection, and a nurturing community, we’ll unlearn the conditioning that has kept you small and reconnect (or connect with for the first time) with the creative, expressive, and powerful woman inside you.

No art experience is needed—this is about the process, not the product. We use art as the modality -- but you don't have to be, aspire, or identify with being an artist. Although you may by the end. Therapeutic arts has a way of bringing up hidden gems deep within us. My life, and my work is a reflection of that truth. Take a chance on yourself, and join me.

Retreat Feedback:

So. Many. Moments. It was all just so incredible. All of the workshops, the nights just talking with amazing women, holding space for each other and shouldering each others' burdens. The closing ceremony. Oh the closing ceremony. That was truly unforgettable. It was emotional and healing. I don't know if I've ever let out that many deep emotions in front of such a large group and just felt seen & validated.

Workshop feedback:

"My experience with the workshop was so magical and healing. Having no previous art experience, I was quite nervous about being able to create, but Stephanie's prompts to make it about play and not about creating a finished piece really gave me the permission I needed to explore."
