6 week group mentorship program with Stephanie Chinn
For women longing to create and facilitate meaningful community spaces.

You already know how you want the space to feel. You've been thinking about it for a while.

A space that is welcoming, supportive and intentional. A place where women can arrive as they are, connect with one another, and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Maybe you dream of hosting a retreat, leading workshops, creating an online membership, or bringing women together in person...but you are not sure how to turn that feeling into something real.

The Art of Holding Space will help you build the structure to bring it to life.
Over six weeks, we will explore BOTH the heart and the practical work of creating community: clarifying your vision, establishing the values that will guide it, designing meaningful experiences, marketing your offering, and learning how to facilitate a space without making yourself the center of it.

By the end of the 6 week, you will leave with a clear blueprint for the space you want to create and the confidence and practical knowledge to begin building it. And because building community takes longer than six weeks, you will also receive a full year inside our private mentorship community, giving you a place to stay connected to the people learning alongside you as you begin putting your vision into practice.

If you have ever witnessed my spaces and thought, “I want to create something like this,” or you have simply been longing to bring people together in a meaningful way, this mentorship was made with you in mind.

Many spaces say they offer belonging but still fall short, this is not necessarily because the facilitator does not care, but because meaningful community requires more than warmth, good intentions, or a beautiful venue.
While those things matter, creating a meaningful community requires more. It is created through thoughtful structure, clear values, strong boundaries, intentional communication, and an understanding of what people may carry with them when they enter the room.
Many women have experienced exclusion, competition, sister wounds, religious trauma, or communities where belonging came with conditions. Creating a space where women can feel supported without being asked to perform, conform, or hand their power to a leader takes care and responsibility.
The strongest communities are not centered around their facilitator. They are thoughtfully held by their facilitator so trust and connection can grow throughout the room.
This mentorship will show you how to build that kind of space.

WHAT IS THE ART OF HOLDING SPACE?
The Art of Holding Space is an intimate six-week group mentorship for people who feel called to create community spaces for women.
Your vision might be:
• A women’s retreat
• An online membership
• Art, meditation, or wellness workshops
• A recurring in-person gathering
• A creative or personal-growth community
• An idea you can feel but cannot fully describe yet
You do not need a finished concept, a large audience, or years of facilitation experience. We will begin with the heart of what you want to create, then build the structure around it.
I will share the frameworks, retreat + workshop processes, marketing practices, and honest lessons I have gathered through years of creating spaces women return to.
This is about understanding the choices that create genuine belonging so you can build something rooted in your own voice, values, experience, and scope of practice.

WEEK 1:
THE SPACE YOU LONG TO CREATE
Clarify what you want to create, who it is for, why it matters, and how you want women to feel when they enter and leave. You will begin turning an idea or feeling into a clear direction.
WEEK 2:
BUILDING A COMMUNITY THAT STAYS
Learn how shared values, trust, consistency, communication, and participant-to-participant connection turn a group into a long-term community.
WEEK 3:
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HOLDING SPACE
Explore boundaries, consent, group agreements, accessibility, inclusion, emotional responsibility, power, hierarchy, and staying within your scope of practice. We will look at how to lead without positioning yourself as someone’s healer or the person with all the answers.
WEEK 4:
DESIGNING THE EXPERIENCE
Map the participant journey from discovery through follow-up. We will explore pacing, communication, group energy, rest, rituals, participation, and how to create a meaningful experience through what sticks with people most.
WEEK 5:
RETREATS, WORKSHOPS, AND WHAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Go behind the scenes of my retreat and workshop process. I will share my planning framework, select adaptable workshop blueprints, and practical lessons about structuring, hosting, marketing, and selling an experience.
WEEK 6:
INVITING WOMEN IN
Clarify the language of your offer and create a grounded marketing plan. You will map the next steps for moving your retreat, workshop, membership, or gathering from idea to reality.

By the end of our six weeks together, you will have:
• A clear vision, purpose, and audience for your offering
• Your own community values and space-holding principles
• A blueprint for your retreat, membership, workshop series, or gathering
• A participant journey designed to support connection before, during, and after
• Clear boundaries, expectations, and community guidelines
• Marketing language and a plan for inviting the right people in
• My retreat framework and select workshop resources
• Greater confidence in your ability to lead thoughtfully
• A community of fellow builders learning alongside you
You will not leave with a carbon copy of my business. You will leave with a clearer, more grounded version of the space only you can create.
What is included?

Meet your Mentor: Stephanie Chinn
I’m an Indigo, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon bestselling author and illustrator, speaker, artist, therapeutic arts practitioner, and founder of Step Into Your Magic Retreats.

Since 2018, I have facilitated hundreds of online and in-person workshops, built an online audience of more than 80,000 people, and created memberships, workshops, and retreats across the United States, Canada, and around the world. I have hosted 10 transformational retreats, most sold out (and counting) with 75% of participants choosing to join another retreat or trip.

But of everything I have created, the thing I believe I do best is community.
I created The Art of Holding Space because I want to share what I have learned and help you turn the space you have been imagining into one you feel ready and confident to build. We need more spaces for women, and I believe if you feel called to do this work, you absolutely should.

Mentorship Q + A
DO I NEED TO ALREADY HAVE A BUSINESS OR COMMUNITY?
No. You can arrive with an existing offering, the beginning of an idea, or a dream you have not acted on yet.
IS THIS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HOST RETREATS?
No. Retreats are one part of the program, but the principles also apply to all community spaces: memberships, workshops, creative gatherings, and recurring in-person communities.
DO I NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO FACILITATE OR ALREADY BE A FACILITATOR?
No. The mentorship will help you clarify your idea and decide what form it could take.
CAN I USE THE WORKSHOP BLUEPRINTS?
You may thoughtfully adapt the provided blueprints within your own voice, qualifications, community, and scope of practice. They cannot be resold, redistributed, taught as certification material, or presented as your original proprietary curriculum.
IS THIS A FACILITATOR CERTIFICATION?
No. This is a community-building, experience-design, and business/personal mentorship. It is not therapy, mental-health training, or a professional certification, and it does not authorize participants to work outside their existing qualifications or scope of practice. HOWEVER, moving forward, in order to facilitate in one of my spaces, I do require this mentorship to be completed.
WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND EVERY SESSION LIVE?
Sessions will be recorded, although live attendance is encouraged because the conversations, feedback, and relationships are an important part of the experience, you absolutely can just watch the recordings and then connect with others in the group through our shared community space.
WILL I HAVE PRIVATE ACCESS TO STEPHANIE?
Every participant receives a private 45-minute session. Direct coaching and personalized feedback happen during that call and the live group sessions rather than through private messaging between sessions. There will be open Q+A and feedback time at the end of each live.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SIX WEEKS?
You will remain inside the private mentorship community for one full year, giving you a place to share progress, exchange ideas, and stay connected while you build.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY LIVE GROUP?
You will select the Tuesday evening or Wednesday daytime group when you enroll.
