A one-day retreat for women longing to connect deeper with themselves.
Sunday, September 20, 2026 | Matthews Clubhouse Toronto
9:30am- 3pm (lunch provided)

Maybe you’re moving through a big life change, asking yourself difficult questions, or feeling disconnected from your own wants and needs. Maybe you’ve simply been carrying too much for too long and need a day to pause.

This one-day retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and create space to listen to yourself again—to your feelings, your inner guidance, and the quiet wisdom that can be difficult to hear in everyday life.

Through restorative practices, creative exploration, reflection, and meaningful connection, each part of the day is designed to help you witness yourself exactly as you are and discover the magic that may have been hidden beneath the busyness. You’ll be held within a safe, supportive community of women, with no pressure to perform, have everything figured out, or arrive as anyone other than yourself.

Whether this is your first experience with me or you’ve joined one of my spaces before, you are deeply welcome here. Come exactly as you are. I would be honoured to guide you through the day.

What we will experience together...

Throughout the day, I’ll gently guide you through a series of workshops designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

-
Guided Therapeutic Art Workshops: Playful, meaningful art-making experiences focused on self-expression and connection, nooooo skills needed!
-
Reflective Writing for Self-Discovery Workshop: Powerful writing prompts to help you explore what you’re feeling, what you need, and what may be ready to emerge.
-
Joy of Movement Workshop with YDC Founder Sorina Colyn: This workshop is all about reconnecting with our bodies and the joy of movement. An invitation to get out of your head and into your body, take up some space and have fun.
-
Restorative Meditation Workshop: A deeply restful guided practice ith isolated headphones to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Throughout the day, there will also be meaningful conversations in a safe and supportive community, a nourishing catered lunch, and space away from the noise of everyday life. We can hear ourselves better when we step outside of our everyday, and emerge ourselves in a community of women on this journey beside us.

Meet the Founder & Your Host
Reclaiming HER is hosted by Stephanie Chinn: bestselling author of Here Sister, Let Me Help You Up. She is a speaker, therapeutic arts practitioner, artist, and the founder of Step Into Your Magic Retreats.
Since founding Step Into Your Magic in 2023, Stephanie has welcomed more than 150 women into transformational retreats across the United States, Canada, Ireland, Iceland, Greece, Costa Rica, and beyond. What began as a dream to create spaces where women could slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build genuine community has grown into a retreat experience that women return to again and again, more than 75% of participants have gone on to join another retreat or trip.

Stephanie believes the most meaningful transformation doesn't come from someone telling you who you should become. It comes from creating an environment where you feel safe enough to remember who you've always been.
With a community of more than 80,000 people and years of facilitating workshops and retreats, Stephanie's greatest passion is creating spaces where women feel safe to be fully themselves. Her retreats blend creativity, meaningful connection, and beautiful destinations to create experiences that stay with women long after they return home.
