About the book:

The Art of Women Taking Up Space is a journaling and coloring book created for women ready to reclaim more space in their lives, hearts, and minds. This isn’t about shrinking or shaping yourself to fit the world’s expectations—it’s about expanding into every corner of who you truly are. Each page invites you to explore your inner world, engage in creative play, and dive into self-reflection, encouraging you to step more fully into the space you deserve.

As women, we’re often encouraged to give endlessly to others. This book, however, is your space—to breathe, to explore, and to remember that you are already enough. Each prompt, each coloring page, and each reflection is here to remind you that you deserve to take up space, to set boundaries, and to rediscover what brings you joy. You don’t need to prove anything or change yourself; simply allow this journey to bring you closer to your own strength and beauty. So take your time, dive in, and let each page guide you closer to the magic and power that’s already yours.

Each journaling prompt will lovingly guide you into the coloring page. As you color, you will have a guided intention focused on each topic to let yourself wander, color, and form new self-beliefs. I can't wait for you to be liberated by this book.

Retreat Feedback:

So. Many. Moments. It was all just so incredible. All of the workshops, the nights just talking with amazing women, holding space for each other and shouldering each others' burdens. The closing ceremony. Oh the closing ceremony. That was truly unforgettable. It was emotional and healing. I don't know if I've ever let out that many deep emotions in front of such a large group and just felt seen & validated.

Workshop feedback:

"My experience with the workshop was so magical and healing. Having no previous art experience, I was quite nervous about being able to create, but Stephanie's prompts to make it about play and not about creating a finished piece really gave me the permission I needed to explore."
